Financial Literacy Day

September 8^th 2016, was celebrated as literacy day. Financial and higher educational institutions celebrated this day as financial literacy day. Girijyothi College, Cheruthoni, Idukki also conducted a seminar on the theme in collaboration with Idukki District Cooperative Bank (IDCB) at 03:00 pm. The session was led by Ms. Rosamma Sunny, Manager IDCB, Idukki. They have informed the students about being literate in banking and other financial dealings. It was an eye-opening session for both commerce and economics students. The programme was ended at 04:00 pm with National Anthem.
