Planting A Life – The World Environment Day - 5 June 2017

Only when the last tree has died
And the las river been poisoned
And the last fish been caught,
We will realise, we cannot eat money.
                                    Cree Indian Proverb

What would have been more appropriate than planting a young sapling of Arjun Tree (Terminalia Arjuna), locally known as Neermaruth to supply fresh breath of life to cure the ailing planet. In fact, that is what we did. Rev. Fr Babu Mattathil CMI, the Manager marked the World Environment Day by planting the same which is renowned for its medicinal properties in treating cardiac diseases.
