One Day Staff Reflection Programme – 31st October 2017

The ability to adapt and change is the core ingredient of success. The unquenchable desire for self-improvement and improvisation go a long way in ensuring success is embraced.
It was with this objective the staff of Girijyothi College gathered at the auditorium of Hotel Goshen, Idukki on 31st October 2017. The meeting was presided over by Rev. Fr. Babu Mattathil, CMI, Manager, and moderated by Rev. Fr. Toji Puthenkaduppil, CMI, Principal.
It began with Fr. Babu’s address in which he emphasised the need for introspection. Each staff member had time to make his/her presentations, to share his/her dreams and to propose suggestions. At the end all proposals were discussed in detail and made concrete working strategy for implementation. Members also made meaningful contributions for sustaining the enviable progress the college has already made. New action plan was set for the integral development of staff and students including academic and co-curricular performances. Mr. Sivapresad N., the staff secretary, proposed vote of thanks. The gathering concluded with everyone determined to implement the decisions taken.
